My Background
I grew up as a third culture kid in Rome, Italy, in a large blended family with an international background. My academic path has taken me through Italy, France, England, Mexico, Scotland, and the United States. I hold a degree in English Literature and a postgraduate degree in Education.
Alongside my professional work in wellbeing, I am also a highly sensitive (HSP) artist, writer, teacher, mentor, community weaver, and mother to a neurocomplex and gender-expansive young adult. These lived and learned experiences continue to shape the depth, compassion, and perspective I bring to my work.
Beginning in my teens, I navigated significant anxiety, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation related to earlier life stress. Over time, I sought out and trained extensively in a broad spectrum of therapeutic and somatic approaches that support resilience, regulation, and lasting change.
The modalities I now share with clients are ones I have studied deeply and applied consistently in my own life for over 30 years. Together they form the unique integrative weave that underpins my work today.
