How I Work
The modalities I now share with clients are ones I have studied deeply and applied consistently in my own life for over 30 years.
Together, they form a cohesive, integrative approach that underpins my work today, weaving neuroscience, nervous system regulation, energy medicine, mindset work, and nature-informed holistic support. My approach blends gentle but powerful time-proven practices with leading-edge emerging insights.
As wellbeing deepens, many clients naturally experience greater calm, clarity, and resilience; improved sleep and regulation; increased confidence and supportive habits; and a growing sense of inner steadiness over time.
Rather than pursuing quick fixes, I offer a steady, attuned space where we work at a pace that honors your system and draws on your own wisdom.
What Guides My Approach
Nervous system safety first
We begin with regulation and resourcing. When the body experiences greater nervous system safety, insight, healing, and meaningful change become much more accessible.
Deep listening
I listen for both what is spoken and what may be quietly present beneath the surface. Many people I work with have felt unseen, rushed, or treated as problems to be fixed in other settings.
Nature-informed awareness
My work is influenced by deep nature connection practices and the understanding that humans are part of a larger living system. When supportive, sessions may include nature-based or grounding practices, sometimes referred to as eco-therapeutic support.
Gentle, grounded, powerful
Having experienced modalities that left me with what I call a “therapeutic hangover,” and as a highly sensitive person, I prioritize work that is gentle, grounded, and effective at a pace that feels supportive for each client.
Integration, always
Profound work without integration can sometimes lead to what I call “therapeutic whiplash.” Integration and practical tools help the work land sustainably in daily life.
Your inner wisdom does the work
My role is to work in partnership with you as a practitioner and guide, not 'on' you. Your own innate wisdom and wholeness ultimately drive meaningful change.

What's In My Basket

Each session is collaborative and responsive to what is most supportive in the moment and may not include every approach.
What This Work Is (and Is Not)
This work is:
– Collaborative and whole-person led
– Trauma-aware and autonomic nervous system aware
– Gentle but powerful
– Holistic and integrative
This work is not:
– Medical or mental health treatment
– Crisis care
– A one-size-fits-all approach
– Focused on quick fixes or pressure-based change
This work is designed to complement, not replace, appropriate medical or mental health care.
If you are experiencing severe or urgent physical or mental health symptoms and have not done so already, please consult a qualified medical or mental health professional before seeking session support.
